We are looking for a highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our New York office and work directly with our Controller.\nThis is a hands-on role. You will work with real financial data, transactions, reconciliations, client media spend, reporting, and month-end close activities not just administrative tasks or theoretical exercises.\nYou will also gain exposure to how AI and automation can improve finance processes, reduce manual work, and analyze large datasets.\nWhat You Will Do\nAccounting & Operations: Support AP/AR, reconciliations, and day-to-day accounting while maintaining accurate financial data.\nMedia Spend Tracking: Reconcile high-volume media spend and learn how gross vs. net revenue works in an AdTech business.\nFinancial Reporting: Support month-end close and preparation of financial reports.\nFinancial Modeling: Gain exposure to forecasting and financial modeling.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing an Undergraduate/ Graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field. \nDecember 2027 graduation is ideal; May 2027 or later will also be considered.\nCoursework or experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping, or data analytics.\nStrong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with large datasets.\nExposure to QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar accounting systems is a plus.\nStrong attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.\nProactive, organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.\nProficiency in Python, SQL, or other data tools.\nInterest in AI, AdTech, SaaS, automation, or financial technology is a plus.\nAbility to work on-site in our Midtown Manhattan
