You'll take complex product information and turn it into documentation that is easy to understand, navigate, and act on.\nYou'll work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and members of the Learning & Adoption team to gather information, ask the right questions, clarify processes, and ensure documentation accurately reflects the product.\nThis is a hands-on writing role. You'll be given assigned documentation projects and will be expected to manage your work with minimal coaching, while working under the guidance of senior members of the team.\nWhat You'll Do\nWrite clear, user-focused help articles that translate complex SaaS workflows into documentation customers can follow and act on.\nIdentify documentation needs tied to the product release schedule and independently produce or update articles ahead of upcoming launches.\nCollaborate with subject matter experts to gather information, ask targeted questions, and close gaps before they reach the customer.\nReview and edit existing help articles to keep content accurate, consistent, and aligned with current product functionality.\nApply established writing, content, and accessibility standards consistently across all documentation.\nIncorporate feedback from SMEs and senior team members to refine and finalize assigned work.\nWhat You Bring\nYou have 2-4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content writing, or a closely related field.\nYou can take complex information and turn it into concise, user-friendly documentation with minimal coaching.\nYou ask the right questions: you know how to draw out what you need from subject matter experts and spot what is missing.\nYou are organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple documentation tasks and deadlines at once.\nYou can learn complex software and understand how features, processes, and workflows connect to one another.\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience writing documentation for SaaS or enterprise software products.\nExperience creating or maintaining help center or knowledge base content.\nFamiliarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG, AODA, Section 508, or ADA.\nExperience working within a content management system or knowledge base platform.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nIn this role, success means producing documentation that customers can actually use.\nYou will be successful when you can take an assigned topic, learn what you need to know, work with the right people to fill information gaps, and independently produce a clear and accurate help article with minimal coaching.\nWe're looking for someone who is curious, detail-oriented, and genuinely enjoys writing - someone who can dig into a complex software workflow, ask \"what am I missing?\", and turn what they learn into documentation that makes the customer's job easier.\nLocation\nThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday)\nThis is a 12-month contract position.\nCompensation Range:$66,000- $82,500\nWe believe in openness, so we publish our range from the start.
