As Marketing Programs Manager, you'll build and run the strategy behind large-scale webinars, content syndication, and multi-channel campaigns, owning everything from vendor selection to lead follow-up to pipeline reporting. If you want real ownership over a demand generation portfolio that directly shapes how Euna reaches and converts the public sector market, this is the role for you.\nWhat You'll Do\nBuild and own the top-of-funnel demand program strategy in partnership with Sales, BDR, and Product Marketing to hit qualified lead targets across all product lines\nEvaluate, select, and manage third-party vendor partnerships (webinar hosts, content syndication platforms, event partners) based on audience quality, reach, and cost-per-lead performance\nDesign and implement lead follow-up and nurture strategy for all program-generated leads, including timing, sequencing, and bottleneck identification\nOwn end-to-end execution of multi-channel programs, coordinating across Content, PMM, and regional program managers to optimize delivery and lead quality\nManage marketing database health and segmentation to ensure TAM representation across all product lines and channels\nLeverage Pardot automation and 6Sense intent data to maximize lead capture, targeting precision, and pipeline progression\nReport on program contribution to qualified pipeline and communicate ROI to Sales and executive stakeholders\nWhat You Bring\nYou have 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience with a demonstrated track record in demand generation and multi-channel lead generation programs\nYou've managed vendor and partner relationships end-to-end, including contract negotiation, SLA management, and performance accountability\nYou've worked with Pardot or a comparable marketing automation platform, and you're comfortable in Salesforce\nYou bring strong data fluency and use metrics to drive program decisions, not just to report them\nYou're an independent operator who can move from idea to execution and bring internal stakeholders along through clear communication\nYou hold a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or bring equivalent hands-on experience\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience marketing to public sector or government audiences\nFamiliarity with webinar platforms, content syndication networks, or event management tools\nExperience with intent data platforms such as 6Sense\nUnderstanding of lead scoring models, nurture strategy design, and sales development workflows\nLocation\nThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.\nCompensation Range: $80-110K\nWe believe in openness, so we publish our range from the start.
