If you want your code to directly shape how public sector organizations plan and manage community resources, this is the role for you.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn features end to end: requirements clarification, implementation, testing, code review, and post-release support\nDesign and build maintainable features within the enterprise budgeting platform using C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, T-SQL/SQL Server, ASP.NET, Telerik UI, and jQuery\nContribute to the active migration of servers from a legacy AWS environment to Euna's internally provisioned, maintained, and monitored AWS environment\nHold your own work and your teammates' work to a high quality bar through rigorous code review and well-tested, documented code\nPartner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical designs and estimates\nMentor junior developers, sharing platform history, conventions, and context through code review and documentation\nUse AI coding assistants such as Claude Code to accelerate implementation, testing, and review, while remaining fully accountable for the correctness of what you ship\nWhat You Bring\n7+ years of professional software development experience with substantial hands-on time in C#, VB.NET, and/or ASPX-based web applications\nStrong T-SQL and Microsoft SQL Server experience, including schema design, query tuning, and stored procedures\nSolid command of the .NET Framework, including multi-threading, and working proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS\nStrong grounding in object-oriented and component-oriented design, with a security-in-depth mindset applied to day-to-day coding decisions\nDemonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize competing work, and carry features from design through to production\nStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document technical decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience with enterprise SaaS products in regulated or public sector environments\nTypeScript or object-oriented JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting\nExperience with SAP BusinessObjects Server v4.x, including SSO components written in Java\nHands-on experience with agentic AI frameworks (such as Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, or OpenAI Agents SDK), including prompt architecture, tool or MCP design, and multi-agent coordination\nLocation\nThis position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Oakville, ON office.\nCompensation Range: $108,900 - $136,100\nWe believe in openness, so we publish our range from the start.
