The individual in this role will design and implement scalable database architectures centered on Couchbase, ensuring high availability, performance, and data integrity.\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Defining data models and optimizing database schemas\n\n- Overseeing database administration activities\n\n- Supporting ETL processes to move and transform data across systems\n\n- Collaborating with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to align database solutions with application requirements and business goals\n\n- Establishing best practices, standards, and documentation for data management\n\nQualifications :\n\n- Strong skills in Data Architecture and Data Modeling, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and well-structured data solutions.\n\n- Proficiency in Database Design and Database Administration, including performance tuning, indexing strategies, and monitoring.\n\n- Experience with Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes, data integration, and optimizing data flows between systems.\n\n- Hands-on experience (6+ years) working with Couchbase or similar NoSQL databases in production environments.\n\n- Solid understanding of distributed systems, high availability architectures, and data replication strategies.\n\n- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices related to database deployment and management.\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\n- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective communication and
