implement high-availability Couchbase clusters to support large-scale distributed applications, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.\n\n- Optimize complex N1QL queries and indexing strategies to reduce latency and improve throughput for high-concurrency environments.\n\n- Lead capacity planning and performance tuning initiatives to align database infrastructure with projected business growth and traffic spikes.\n\n- Design and maintain robust disaster recovery and backup protocols to ensure zero data loss and minimal downtime for critical services.\n\n- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for NoSQL data modeling and schema design to foster a culture of technical excellence.\n\n- Collaborate with DevOps and SRE teams to automate database provisioning and monitoring, enhancing the overall reliability of the production environment.\n\nRequired Skillset :\n\n- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and managing Couchbase in production environments, with a deep understanding of its internal mechanics, clustering, and replication strategies.\n\n- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex performance bottlenecks within distributed NoSQL systems.\n\n- Strong proficiency in data modeling for document-oriented databases, balancing flexibility with query performance requirements.\n\n- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex architectural decisions to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional technical discussions.\n\n- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, backed by a track record of delivering scalable data solutions.\n\n- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Bangalore, working closely with local engineering teams to drive rapid
