Sales & Accounts Receivable\nPrepare, issue, and record customer invoices in the accounting system accurately and on time\nAssist in drafting sales quotations to customers and maintain documentation in CRM.\nMonitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers on overdue invoices\nResolve billing queries and discrepancies with customers\n2. Procurement & Accounts Payable\nRaise purchase orders (POs) and track them through to delivery\nLiaise with vendors on quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups\nRecord supplier invoices and AMEX spending in the accounting system and match them against POs and delivery orders\n3. Maintain Engineer Timesheets\nCollect, check, and consolidate engineers' timesheets\nProvide timesheet data to support project costing/budgeting\nFlag missing or inconsistent entries for correction\n4. Documentation\nMaintain organised records of sales documents (quotations, contracts, POs, delivery orders, invoices)\nMaintain supporting documents for bank transactions and Amex card spending (receipts, statements, approvals)\nKeep proper records for local sales and tax purposes\nEnsure all documentation is complete and properly filed\n5.
