He/she co-operates with site organisations, defines ways of working to maximize the potential cost savings opportunities within the identified sourcing strategy.\nMain responsibilities:\nFollow and manage activities to exit from mono-sourcing at site or regional level\nCoordinate and optimize existing implementation processes with site stakeholders and suppliers\nActively participate in Global Direct Spend budget preparation that supports EUROAPI ’s financial objectives and drive the performance KPIs.\nMaintain a three-year visibility on Mono Source Exit Program including Cost Improvement programs (CIPs) and find initiatives by:\nActively supporting the implementation of global multiple-sourcing approach when it makes sense\nSharing and leveraging CIPs across the sites\nIdentifying break-through CIPs\nBy having good understanding of the stakeholders’ needs, define the most appropriate approach process to create conditions for efficiency\nImplement best practices and encourage support functional leads to achieve a best-in-class organization\nCommunicate objectives and achievements to stakeholders\nDrive the development of new market opportunities\nReport activity, coordinate risk assessment process across the sites and share results and information across procurement organization\nSupport other sites with cross border solutions and projects to globalize when relevant and performant for EUROAPI, ensure and carry out the maximum utilization of international opportunities for synergies with other sites/departments across EUROAPI\nDefine the strategy in collaboration with the Head of Direct\nFollow the supplier performance with the sites at project base and participate on business reviews with key suppliers\nRequirements:\nBusiness or Technical/Engineering executive education (University, School of Management, Engineering school, postgraduates’ programs)\n5+ years’ experience, in Procurement or Chemical background in an industrial/FMCG company\nProfessional experience, education, and knowledge:\nAdvanced procurement skills or chemical background (Chemist or Chemical engineer) preferably in the pharmaceutical sector\nAbility to manage internal stakeholders\nAbility to build and maintain healthy relationships and credibility with stakeholders at all levels\nExcellent negotiating or project management skills, confident behavior and assertiveness\nVery high level of commitment and self-motivation\nAbility to work independently\nLanguages:\nFluent in English\nFluent in Hungarian and/or French is a plus\nMajor competences and skills:\nStrong leadership competencies\nStrong problem-solving skills and mindset\nAttention to detail and precision, with strong work ethics regarding meeting deadlines and reliability\nGood communication skills\nStress resistance\nWhy join us?\nAccording to the company's Cafeteria policy, gross 636,000 HUF/year (also during the probationary period)\nCompany bonus\nAnnual medical check at the Buda Health Center, for which we provide 1 paid day off\nSports facilities (sauna, fitness room)\nCollective life and accident insurance\nVoluntary pension fund membership (supplemented with employer contribution)\nFree parking\nEUROAPI is a leading supplier of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), spun out from Sanofi on May 6, 2022 and listed on EURONEXT, with the aim of becoming a global champion in API solutions and CDMO.
