You will leverage structured and unstructured data to uncover insights, support decision-making and develop innovative solutions using Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI technologies.\nYour key responsibilities will be:\nTranslate business requirements and challenges into advanced analytics, Machine Learning and AI solutions that drive business value and support data-driven decision-making.\nDevelop a deep understanding of business processes and identify relevant structured and unstructured data sources to uncover insights, identify opportunities and create scalable analytical assets.\nDesign, develop, evaluate and optimize statistical models, predictive analytics solutions and Machine Learning models, selecting the most appropriate analytical approach for each business problem.\nExplore, develop and implement Generative AI use cases leveraging Large and Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs), embeddings, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents and related technologies.\nContribute to the end-to-end lifecycle of analytical and AI solutions, including deployment, monitoring, evaluation and continuous improvement within cloud-based environments, preferably Microsoft Azure.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders to embed analytics and AI solutions into business processes, ensuring tangible, measurable and sustainable business impact.\nYou will be a great candidate if you:\nHave at least 2 years of relevant professional experience in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence or related consulting and business environments.\nHold a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or a related quantitative discipline.\nDemonstrate strong knowledge of statistical modelling, predictive analytics, Machine Learning techniques, experimentation methodologies and model evaluation practices.\nPossess excellent Python programming skills and hands-on experience with data science and Machine Learning frameworks, as well as working with large and complex datasets.\nHave hands-on familiarity with Generative AI technologies, including Large and Small Language Models (LLMs/SLMs), prompt engineering, embeddings and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
