The domain covers the various areas of the customer onboarding journey.\nRole purpose\nProvide clear operational and application ownership for the Parties capability, including its Azure services, master data management solution, integrations and data flows, ensuring the capability is sustainable, controlled and ready to support ongoing business and delivery needs.\nKey responsibilities\nOwn the operational health and lifecycle of the Parties master data management solution and its supporting Azure components, working with product, architecture, engineering and support stakeholders.\nMaintain visibility of data flows, interfaces, dependencies and failure points across upstream and downstream applications.\nCoordinate the investigation and resolution of data-quality, synchronisation and integration issues.\nEnsure monitoring, alerting, support procedures and recovery arrangements cover Azure services, interfaces and MDM processing.\nWork with architecture and engineering teams to maintain clear ownership of the canonical party model, matching and merging rules, identifiers and data-distribution patterns.\nAssess the operational and data impacts of releases, schema changes and changes to consuming or source systems.\nMaintain visibility of application risks, technical debt, dependencies, support needs and lifecycle obligations, and ensure ownership is clear for incidents, problems and operational follow-up.\nSupport governance and control activities required to keep the application compliant and supportable, balancing roadmap delivery with application health and sustainability.\nMaintain technical and operational documentation covering solution architecture, interfaces, data lineage, support procedures and knowledge continuity.\nExperience and knowledge\nApplication ownership or service management in a complex enterprise environment\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud-based integration patterns\nExperience with master data management solutions, preferably within customer, client or party data domains\nUnderstanding of data modelling, data quality, matching, merging, survivorship and golden-record principles\nExperience supporting APIs, event-based integrations, batch interfaces and data-reconciliation processes\nProduction support, monitoring, incident management and release/change governance\nAbility to work across architecture, engineering, security, infrastructure, data governance and business teams\nProfile\nStrong ownership mindset, with the ability to make operational issues visible and drive them to closure\nAble to understand a technically complex data and integration landscape without necessarily being the hands-on solution engineer\nComfortable challenging technical proposals and identifying operational, data-quality and supportability risks\nStrong analytical approach to tracing problems across multiple systems and data flows\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication skills (verbal, written, active listening).\nExcellent spoken English is required.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills, problem solving, analytical and critical thinking, public speaking, listening skills, influencing skills and time management.\nExcellent documentation and presentation skills.\nCreative, flexible, and willing to continuously adapt, evolve and improve software development processes.\nAutonomous, eager to learn independently (build own business network, ask questions, etc.).\nWe welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
