Deliver a trusted client experience.\nAbout the role\nJoin our growing Kraków team and help deliver a trusted service to financial institutions around the world.\nAs a Client Service Representative, you will manage relationships with international clients, coordinate day-to-day service activities and work closely with colleagues across Euroclear Bank to resolve operational challenges. You'll develop expertise in client service, financial operations and stakeholder management while supporting clients active in global financial markets.\nWe're looking for someone who already has experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented or coordination role and is ready to take the next step in an international financial environment.\nWhat you will do\nBuild strong relationships with international clients and provide responsive, high-quality support.\nCoordinate daily client activities and ensure timely, accurate follow-up.\nManage enquiries across different communication channels and provide clear information on services and processes.\nResolve client issues by working closely with operations and specialist teams.\nMonitor ongoing activity and proactively identify potential risks or service issues.\nEnsure clients remain informed and supported throughout the resolution process.\nShare client feedback and contribute ideas that improve service quality and client experience.\nWhat you bring\nExperience in client service, customer support, financial services, operations, order management or another role involving stakeholder coordination.\nA client-focused mindset and genuine interest in building professional relationships.\nStrong communication skills and confidence when interacting with different stakeholders.\nGood problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of tasks and follow them through to completion.\nAn organised and reliable approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities.\nA collaborative attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced international environment.\nProfessional working proficiency in English.\nProfessional working proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, Spanish or French.\nExperience in financial services is welcome, but not essential.\nNot sure you meet every point?\nWe understand that strong candidates may not meet every requirement listed above.
