positions, including cash and securities realignment.\n\nProcess collateral schedules/profile requests for draft and implementation in a timely and accurate manner.\n\nManage timely and accurately control queries, transaction processing (instructions input) and reporting generation.\n\nWork and consistently collaborate with various internal collaborators within Collateral Management Services and other operations teams to address service issues and customer concerns raised by clients.\n\nSupport the Collateral client-facing team by addressing questions concerning operational procedures.\n\nIdentify ways to improve our risk resilience as well as efficiency and productivity.\n\nAlign with our SOP to ensure processes meet internal controls; suggest updates for any
