As Lead Architect for the IT process landscape, you will define and steer its target architecture and evolution. You will connect IT and Information Security processes, controls, roles, information, governance and enabling technologies into a coherent enterprise model.\nWorking with the IT Practice Office, Process Owners, IT Leadership, Risk, Security and delivery teams, you will help create a more productive and well-controlled IT organisation by simplifying processes, improving process and control effectiveness, reducing manual coordination and enabling greater use of workflow, data, automation and AI.\nYour Responsibilities\nDefine and maintain the target architecture and transition roadmap for the enterprise IT and Information Security process landscape\nOwn the enterprise process architecture model, connecting processes, controls, roles, information and enabling technologies. Drive simplification, standardisation, automation and AI enablement of IT processes.\nDefine architectural principles, standards and target-state designs for process governance and technology enablement.\nGuide process transformation initiatives and provide architectural direction to stakeholders and delivery teams.\nAct as the architecture authority for IT processes, managing dependencies, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment with Enterprise Architecture standards.\nQualifications and Experience\nSignificant experience in Enterprise Architecture, IT process architecture, IT governance, operating-model design or technology-enabled transformation.\nStrong experience modelling enterprise processes and connecting them to controls, ownership, information and enabling technology.
