The Funds business is a booming business, still highly fragmented and manual, leaving room for lots of streamlining initiatives and service improvements. In this respect, multiple stimulating projects are ongoing with different departments in touch with the different agents and clients in the world.

Funds is a complex but exciting and involving business, which requires a very good analytical approach, and interest to learn and to understand the fund market and its main players.

Become responsible for delivering cash or securities operations servicing clients. This position may concentrate on a specific aspect of the business ( transaction processing, asset servicing, collateral, funds, banking , reconciliation, investigations) and may include leading or contributing to projects or initiatives in the areas of operational efficiency, risk, quality, regulatory and strategy.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for a range of highly specialized and non-standard operations
• Operations requiring research or investigation of information outside of normal procedures.
• Working independently in operational teams or in teams more focused on projects or transversal initiatives

Required Qualification:

• Role requires good knowledge of Bank products, services and procedures in the area of expertise.
• Direct access to the function typically requires previous experience in Euroclear or in a back office banking environment.
• Has reached a satisfactory level of polyvalence in most of the tasks and processes of the team. Is able to control adequately most of the processes and escalate when necessary and solve escalation jointly with the team leader .
• Is able to handle some risky operations.
• Contributes to the continuous improvement of the team.
• Contributes in problem solving sessions, raises gaps in working methods, reviews operational procedures in own area of expertise and may participate to projects or initiatives
• Usually train and coach in some processes.
