Acting as the single point of contact (SPOC) towards GTS and CISO, you will ensure that every feature is delivered seamlessly, securely, and in full alignment with platform and regulatory expectations.\nThis is a unique opportunity to operate at the crossroads of delivery, platform engineering, and security, driving impactful outcomes in a highly dynamic and innovative environment.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn the end-to-end delivery of features, from initiation through design, build, test, and release to production.\nAct as the primary interface with GTS and CISO, ensuring early engagement and smooth coordination for infrastructure and security requirements.\nDrive feature readiness, ensuring compliance with SDLC standards, Definition of Ready / Definition of Done, and governance controls.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product, platform, and security, ensuring alignment on priorities and timelines.\nProactively identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies, with particular focus on infrastructure and security constraints.\nEnsure production readiness, including non-functional requirements, security validations, and operational acceptance.\nSupport and contribute to release governance, including Go/No-Go decisions and deployment readiness.\nAct as a communication bridge, providing clear and structured updates to stakeholders across Euroclear and partners.\nContinuously improve delivery efficiency by reducing friction in GTS and CISO onboarding and approval processes.\nContribute to building a scalable and repeatable delivery model for innovation initiatives.\nJob Requirements:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.\n8-10+ years of experience in IT delivery roles (Feature Delivery, Project/Program Management, or similar).\nProven experience working in complex, cross-team environments, involving both internal stakeholders and external partners.\nStrong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.\nSolid exposure to cloud platforms (preferably Azure), CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering practices.\nGood understanding of infrastructure/platform services (GTS) and security & compliance processes (CISO).\nExperience operating in regulated environments (e.g., financial services) is a strong plus.\nDemonstrated ability to manage dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations effectively.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate
