You will collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Developers, QA, and DevOps teams to design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions while driving technical excellence across the application landscape\nWhere will you be based and what business will you support?\nThis hybrid position is based in Dublin, Ireland, with a minimum of two days per week in the office.\nAs ADMS Application Architect, you will:\nOwn and drive the evolution of the ADMS application architecture, integrations, and data flows.\nLead solution design for major features and technical initiatives.\nEnsure architecture decisions consider security, performance, scalability, resilience, and maintainability.\nTranslate complex business requirements into practical technical solutions.\nSupport Product Owners and Business Analysts by identifying dependencies, risks, and technical implications.\nMentor engineers and promote architecture best practices across the team.\nResolve complex technical challenges in both development and production environments.\nCreate and maintain architecture documentation, blueprints, and component diagrams.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.\nDrive change & continuous improvement:\nContinuously improve architecture, engineering standards, and development practices.\nEvaluate new technologies and approaches through architecture spikes and proof-of-concepts.\nFoster knowledge sharing, coaching, and technical growth within the team.\nPromote innovation while balancing business priorities and long-term sustainability\nWhat can we do for you?\nExposure & growth: You will be part of an international and multi-cultural organization, besides having the opportunity of being in contact with Eurofins leaders to enlarge your knowledge and network.\nTraining: You will be supported with intensive coaching and training besides having the chance to develop your own coaching skills, supporting to develop more junior team members.\n Are you our kind of extraordinary?\nBackground:\nMinimum 4 years of experience in Application Architecture, Software Engineering, or related technical leadership roles.\nStrong experience designing and evolving enterprise applications.\nProven ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.\nExperience working with cross-functional business and technical stakeholders\nEducation:\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nLanguages:\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nTechnical knowledge (IT):.\nC#, .NET, and Angular\nSQL and NoSQL databases\nAPIs and distributed application architecture\nDomain-Driven Design (DDD)\nUML\nDocker\nCI/CD practices\nAgile methodologies\nAI coding agents\nNice to have:\nAzure DevOps\nKubernetes / AKS\nRisk-driven software architecture\nBDD\nHigh-Level Design (HLD)\nC4 Model\nExperience in international and multicultural environments\n We support your development!
