To strengthen our laboratory team at Eurofins Agroscience Services Chem GmbH in Hamburg (specializing in pesticide residue analysis under the Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) quality standard), we are looking for a Chemical Laboratory Technician/ Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA) (m/f/d) to join us immediately.

  • Independently perform chemical analyses using a variety of sample preparation techniques, including extractions, concentration procedures, SPE, and QuEChERS
  • Conduct laboratory studies using modern instrumental analytical techniques
  • Actively contribute to the development and optimization of new analytical methods
  • Take responsibility for the maintenance and functional testing of laboratory equipment
  • Support the procurement and disposal of chemicals
  • Document all processes in accordance with GLP guidelines to ensure full traceability and quality assurance
  • Reliably follow defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in day-to-day laboratory operations
  • Completed vocational training as a Chemical Laboratory Technician, CTA, Biological Laboratory Technician, BTA, Chemical Technician, or a comparable qualification
  • Good communication skills in German and/or English, both written and spoken
  • Sound IT skills (e.g., MS Excel) and confidence in using digital tools
  • A strong team player who is eager to learn, responsible, and highly committed to accuracy and quality
