Eurofins offers a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.\n Position Summary\nThe Chemist I performs testing activities directed by Department Manager/Supervisor in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory guidelines to ensure that quoted turnaround times are met in support of monograph testing, unknown/failure analysis and other areas.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nPerform testing activities as directed by Department Supervisor in accordance with all applicable company and regulatory guidelines.\nMonitor backlog and plan testing schedule to ensure quoted turnaround times are met.\nWet chemistry techniques utilized will include gravimetry, titrimetry, colorimetry and others as needed.\nInstrumentation utilized may include HPLC, GC, ICP, ICP-MS, IC, and others as needed.\nMaintain neat and accurate records.\nEnter testing data into LIMS and monitor for QC failures.\nReview and approve laboratory analytical data.\nMonitor and record environmental conditions in laboratory.
