It also has a rapidly developing presence in highly specialised and molecular clinical diagnostic testing and in-vitro diagnostic products.\nThe group's key figures are approximately: Turnover of 6.5 billion euros, more than 940 laboratories in 62 countries and around 62,000 employees.\n Overall Objectives\nThe ADMS DevOps Engineer ensures the reliable deployment and operational continuity of ADMS, a regional web-based CustomerRelationship Management (CRM) application supporting Eurofins laboratory operations worldwide. Working within a globallydistributed team of four, the ADMS DevOps Engineer manages and deploys solutions across cloud and on-premises environmentsusing Platform as a Service (PaaS) and DevOps tools, including Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, Terraform,and Terraform Cloud. The ADMS DevOps Engineer contributes to end-to-end application lifecycle management, supports Level 3 (L3)production operations, and collaborates with the Platform Delivery Team and Application Development Team under a Service-OrientedArchitecture (SOA) model, following DevOps and Kanban methodologies.\nKey Responsibilities\nYou contribute to end-to-end application lifecycle management, covering configuration management, build, release, anddeployment processes for ADMS applications.\nYou follow DevOps and Kanban methodologies, selecting and executing technical tasks from the backlog in alignment with established priorities.\nYou implement and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\nYou configure and deploy applications and services across cloud and on-premises environments, using virtual machines, containerization tools such as Docker, and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.\nYou design, implement, and maintain automation scripts to reduce manual intervention and improve DevOps task efficiency.\nYou write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in adherence to best practices, team coding standards, and guidelines.\nYou share technical knowledge with team members through documentation, guidelines, workshops, and mentoring, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.\nYou provide timely resolution to production issues as a member of the ADMS Level 3 (L3) Support Team, including periodic and emergency support.\nYou initiate and participate in collective working sessions with the team and external stakeholders, including pair programming with the Platform Delivery Team and Application Development Team.\nYou stay current on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in software development and DevOps.\nOther Assignments\nYou ensure regular follow-up with the Team Manager, providing updates as needed or upon request.\nYou acquire a working knowledge of Eurofins Information Systems (EurIS), beginning with ADMS, including its underlying concepts, models, and the team's processes and practices.\nYou continuously deepen knowledge of assigned systems, focusing on the most critical needs of the role.\nYou build effective working relationships with IT and non-IT stakeholders within Eurofins to support cooperation and clear communication.\n Required Skills and Qualifications\nYou hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.\nYou have a minimum of three years of experience in a DevOps Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar role.\nYou have working knowledge of version control systems such as Git, and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.\nYou have working knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure administration, including Azure, Amazon Web Services(AWS), and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nYou have working knowledge of deployment tools and pipelines, including Azure DevOps and Octopus Deploy, and best practices in configuration management database (CMDB) administration.\nYou are able to follow, create, and update Service Operational Procedures, covering procurement, installation, monitoring, and support processes.\nYou have working knowledge of data management and database administration, including Structured Query Language (SQL)and Not Only SQL (NoSQL) systems such as Microsoft SQL Server, MongoDB, and Elasticsearch.\nYou demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.\nYou communicate fluently in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.\nPreferred Skills and Experience\nYou bring prior experience in Enterprise DevOps environments and/or cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, particularly in migration projects.\nYou have thorough knowledge of on-premises and cloud infrastructure administration, with preference for Azure.\nYou have experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and containerization tools such as Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.\nYou have advanced coding or software development skills, particularly in .NET.\nYou have conversational proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Portuguese, French, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Hindi.\nPerformance Appraisal Criteria\nAt direct and team levels:\nYou produce contributions of high quality in design, code, tests, and documentation.\nYou apply and actively participate in the continuous improvement of team processes.\nYou collaborate effectively and integrate your work with ADMS teams and cross-functional stakeholders.\nYou deliver working product increments (releasable working software) on time.\n Working hours:\nMonday to Friday -
