Für unseren Personalbereich suchen wir dich als engagierte*n HR Manager (m/w/d) in Teilzeit (25 Stunden). Du verantwortest zentrale HR-Prozesse, unterstützt Führungskräfte sowie Mitarbeitende und stellst einen reibungslosen Ablauf entlang des gesamten Employee Lifecycles sicher. Neben unserem Standort in Jena wirst du außerdem unsere Schwesterfirma Eurofins FarmFacts personalseitig betreuen.

Eurofins ist ein erfahrener und verlässlicher Partner im gesamten Spektrum der Agraranalytik. Wir stehen für hohe Qualitätsstandards, unabhängige Analysen und praxisorientierte Lösungen. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Jena sucht die Eurofins Agraranalytik dich als HR Manager (m/w/d).

  • Du pflegst Mitarbeiterdaten, Abwesenheiten & Arbeitszeiten und betreibst Dokumentenerstellung, Ablage und hast ein Auge auf den Posteingang und payrollrelevate Dokumente

  • Du betreust Stellenausschreibungen, Bewerbermanagement, Interviews, Vertragsvorbereitung, Onboarding.

  • Du erstellst Arbeitszeugnisse, Vertragsänderungen und bist Ansprechpartner für externe Partner

  • Du machst die Abrechnung für unsere Aushilfen und Rückstellungen (Urlaub/Überstunden).

  • Du bist Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeitende & Führungskräfte, Teilnahme an HR-Meetings, Austausch mit Betriebsarzt.

  • Du begleitest HR-Fragestellungen oder Prozessoptimierungen

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium mit HR-Bezug

  • Erfahrung im Personalwesen, idealerweise in einer generalistischen Rolle

  • Sicherer Umgang mit HR-Tools

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (Englisch ist zwingend notwendig)

  • strukturierte, selbstständige Arbeitsweise

  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Zusammenarbeit mit dem Agraranalytik Team
