This role offers a unique opportunity to join the business during an exciting period of growth and transition.\n Responsibilities:\nWork with assigned sales executives providing support with quotations, orders and CRM related duties. \nFollow up with customers and prospects on inquires and prepared proposals. \nCustomer Service support including data entry, METrak project set up, updating CRM, new vendor/accounts processing.\nReview METrak for accurate billing/RFBs\nMaintain & update METrak & Salesforce (OR OTHER) database.Adding customer companies/contact’s information to database.\nEnsure that all information input during RFQ processing is accurate and all relevant fields are completed.\nEnsure Project 3.0s and phases are reviewed and updated in accordance with ‘P-Process’ training.\nMaintain relevant notes that pertain to a project or opportunity. This includes correspondence/communication between EF personnel and correspondence/communication between Project Coordinator (PC) and the customer.\n\nSupport introductory email to customers (auto-email generation) for new project kick off behalf of Project Coordination team.\nSupport PC team to Maintain existing customer accounts to ensure customer satisfaction with prompt and courteous service.\nInterdepartmental support of company sponsored events or miscellaneous administrative tasks.\nOperator phone call coverage.\nOther duties as assigned.\n This is a high profile position that requires interactions with sales and project coordination team. \nThis position requires excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. \nThe candidate must be able to work well and communicate effectively with all levels of management and staff as a team member and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. \nMust perform well under pressure in a fast paced environment. \nThis position requires initiative, judgment and professionalism, and skill in composing a variety of written and electronic materials. \nThe candidate should have excellent computer skill and superior proficiency at Microsoft Office applications (Work, Outlook, Excel, and Visio) and Internet Explorer.\n Compensation:\n$50,000-$55,000 salary\nSchedule:\nMonday-Friday 8:30am-5:30pm\nWhat we
