In this role you will support the daily operations of the Finance and Controlling department, gaining hands-on experience across key financial processes. You will have the opportunity to work on month-end closing activities, financial analysis, corporate governance and internal controls. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a dynamic finance environment.
Responsibilities
- Support month-end closing activities.
- Assist the team in preparing basic financial analyses, with a strong focus on process optimization and developing new solutions.
- Working with Excel, including handling larger data sets and supporting the development of simple Excel tools (e.g., basic VBA macros).
- Assisting in verifying and reviewing accounting entries alongside the financial controller.
- Generating and archiving regular reports from the accounting system.
- Supporting the preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
- Support in preparing data for GUS (Central Statistical Office) reports.
- Providing support in corporate governance processes, including the organization and archiving of resolutions and agreements within the internal system.
- Assisting in the execution of internal control activities.
Your background/Qualifications
- Student or graduate in Economics, Finance, Accounting.
- Advanced Excel skills, preferably with VBA.
- Communicative English.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Hourly availability, minimum 20 hours per week!
