From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.\nEurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.\n Where will you based and what business will you support?\nBased in Belo Horizonte/Indaiatuba; Brazil; you will be joining a globally distributed team that supports the application landscape for two of our major products/Programs: ADMS and ComLIMS.\nIn a nutshell \nAs an IT Application Support Engineer you will be working with our software support application teams, to provide L1 and L2 support for software application related issues ang managing incidents\nHow you can help us:\nWorking with cross functional teams spread across geographies, within service level agreement in order to solve customer issues\nApplication troubleshooting and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues.\nIIS troubleshooting & ability to read the event viewer logs from Windows server.\nL2 support - diagnosis, investigation, resolution, coordination with business, application owners.\nCreation of ticket and tracking through lifecycle\nCo-ordinating with L3 support for application bug/ enhancement requirement.\nEscalating and following-up in a timely manner about all blocking issues and issue deviation from SOP’s.\nResponsible to drive all technical and functional issues towards closure.\nDatabase manipulation (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries)\nPractices on ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations..\n Are your our kind of extraordinary?\nYou have:\n 2-4 years of Application troubleshooting experience (level 2 support; level 3 escalation) and ability to coordinate with multiple teams to solve the issues..\nExperience in debugging the apps with API / REST services.\nProven ability to work within service level agreement in order to solve customer issues.\nGood knowledge on database manipulation skills (like MSSQL/T-SQL scripts/queries)\nHave good practice on ITIL framework to assist in day-to-day BAU Operations.\nExperience in working with cross functional teams spread across geographies.\nGood knowledge of IIS troubleshooting & ability to read the event viewer logs from Windows server.\nUnderstanding of single sign on.\nGood knowledge of DB, SQL & understanding of UML.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal/written communication skills in English.\nExcellent customer coordination skills.
