The role covers infrastructure provisioning, request coordination with external teams, automated deployments, software instance setup, and cross-team delivery coordination. Key activities include applying Infrastructure as Code practices, using Terraform to provision and manage cloud infrastructure, maintaining deployment automation and configuration consistency, monitoring deployment outcomes, and supporting security, change, and release management controls.\nSoftware instances are provisioned and maintained across development, test, and production environments. The engineer will collaborate with development, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues, improve deployment quality, and strengthen platform reliability.\nThis role requires strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, disciplined organisation, clear stakeholder communication, and a continuous-improvement mindset to reduce manual effort and error-prone activities.\n Qualifications & Experience\nWe seek a professional with at least 3-4 years of experience in DevOps engineering, release and deployment management, infrastructure automation, or relatedfields, with exposure to:\nAgile methodology\nCI/CD pipelines\nPlatforms: Windows, Linux\nDatabase: MSSQL\nITSM Tool: ServiceNow, BMC Helix, JIRA\n Cloud: Microsoft Azure (Mandatory)\nCI/CD Tools: Octopus Deploy\nVersioncontrol and CI/CD platform: Azure DevOps\nMonitoring: Grafana\n Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (Mandatory)\n Containerization: Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)*** Candidates are not expected to be fully proficient in every technology listed above.
