From the food you eat, to the water you drink, to the medicines you rely on, Eurofins laboratories work with the biggest companies in the world to ensure the products they supply are safe, their ingredients are authentic, and labelling is accurate.\nEurofins is dedicated to delivering testing services that contribute to the health and safety of society and the planet, and to its corporate responsibility to protect the environment and ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the entire network of Eurofins companies.\n SUMMARY OF ROLE AND OBJECTIVES:\nThe Service Delivery Management crew actively participates in managing the delivery of the Security Services to internal service consumers.\nThe Information Security Analyst (Service Delivery Management is responsible for service management activities for assigned service consumer base, acting as the SPOC (Single Point of Contact) between the service consumers and the Eurofins Group Security, resulting in positive customer satisfaction.\nFrom operational perspective, the Information Security Analyst is responsible for the health of security services for internal service consumers.\nROLE & OBJECTIVES:\nSpecific Assignments:\nThe main responsibilities of an Information Security Analyst (Service Delivery Management)\nRole responsibilities:\nRun all Service Delivery processes and ITSM processes in Security Operations as defined by the Group.\nManage and/or oversee the overall Security Services onboarding program for Zones and non-integrated ELEs, including but not limited to set deployment expectations, build project timeline, Onboarding resources management, stream communication across different stakeholders, monitor and report progress, and propose roadblock removal strategies so a compliance metric for a minimum of 99% of all Security Toolset coverage is achieved for all technologies in scope.\nEnsure Security Services are fit for purpose, carrying out relevant reviews/propose modifications as necessary.\nConduct Monthly Security Service Review sessions with service consumers and stakeholders with special attention to Onboarding, Security Toolset compliance and Security Service Dashboards.\nCooperate with internal Security teams and other Security actors to further develop Security Operations.\nReport SLA, KPI and performance metrics of Security Services, steer activities as per metrics defined in the Service card.\nMake sure definition of improvement plans to meet SLA and KPI are in place.\nAssess and report the level of compliance for each ELEs/ZONEs and ensure to have a defined plan to reach the target as defines in the TSFs.\nCoordinate the work provided and service delivered by the security partners.\nPrepare and publish the report to stakeholders including Local IT Management and Information Security Management.\nEnsure that all Security documentation for Internal/External service consumers are available and updated.\nHelp in the development of processes and procedures required for the delivery of the Security Services.\nProvide a clear and regular update to service consumers on action items, including proposed actions and dates to closure.\nReceive and coordinate reporting requests, assisting with high level design of reports where required.\nProvide Security Services expectations to align the stakeholders and service consumers.\nOther Assignments:\nOverall accountability for transition success building best practices for the service management community.\nBuild, manage and maintain a trusted relationship with all Security actors and service consumers both internally and externally.\nOrganizing and Leading Service Delivery sessions including incident review, problem resolution, etc.\nLeverage the most effective and efficient service from the delivery teams for each assigned service consumer.\nReceive and coordinate consumer reported bugs/issues with internal Security Team.\nSupport IT Directors and Security Managers in day-to-day activities.\nMaintain/track service consumers contact and organization details.\nProduce consistent, high-quality service reviews on a monthly basis that demonstrate quality and continuous improvement.\nEscalation point for internal teams for unresponsive service consumers.\nProvide feedback to the Service Owner\nSupports the IT Security Coordinator and the associate Information Security Director in day-to-day activities.\n Education and Certifications:\nBachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. (required)\nRelevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security +, CISM, or similar credentials are preferred.\nProfessional Experience:\nMinimum of 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery.\nDemonstrated experience working in a security-focused organization or environment.\nProven track record in managing and improving service delivery processes, ensuring alignment with SLAs and business objectives.\nTechnical Skills:\nStrong understanding of IT infrastructure, network security, and cybersecurity principles.\nProficiency in security frameworks such as ISO 27001, GPDR, HIPPA and other information security standards.\nFamiliarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their associated security services.\nCommunication:\nExcellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.\nStrong conflict resolution ability.\nExceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex security concepts to non-technical audiences.\nProblem-Solving and Strategic Thinking:\nExpertise in identifying, analysing, and resolving complex service delivery issues in a timely manner.\nStrong analytical and decision-making capabilities with the ability to plan and execute long-term strategies.\nOther Requirements:\nAbility to work in a high-pressure environment and manage multiple priorities.\nWillingness to travel and support global teams when necessary.\nStrong commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on evolving security threats and technologies.\nLanguages: fluent English.\n We support your development!
