This role is ideal for an experienced engineer passionate about building, automating, and operating reliable enterprise-scale infrastructure across hybrid and multi cloud environments.\nAs part of a Core Infra team, primarily responsible for the engineering, configuration, installation, and maintenance of; Windows physical and virtual servers, Active Directory, Azure cloud and on-prem environments based on Hyper-V/VMWare, storage, backups, and disaster recovery planning. We rely on our engineers to empower our users with high availability, excellent performance levels and key services. Ideally, we are seeking an experienced project engineer to deliver insights and guidance as we design, build, and operate state-of-the-art multi-cloud infrastructures. Of most interest to us is someone who brings ideas and solutions, a lateral thinker, demonstrates a unique and informed viewpoint, and enjoys collaborating with a cross-functional team to develop real-world IT service. .\nWhat You'll Do\nDeliver enterprise infrastructure projects involving Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, PKI, Storage, Backup, VMware, and Hyper-V technologies.\nLead migration, transformation, and modernization initiatives across on-premises and cloud environments.\nDesign and implement scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure solutions aligned with business and architectural requirements.\nDrive automation and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption using PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible technologies.\nCollaborate with Architects on technical designs, migration plans, implementation procedures, and project documentation.\nCollaborate with global infrastructure, security, and application teams to execute complex cross-functional projects.\nContribute to cloud adoption, identity modernization, datacenter transformation, and infrastructure standardization programs.\nEvaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve service delivery, scalability, and operational efficiency.\nEnsure successful project execution through planning, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer to platform support team, and stakeholder engagement.\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\nExperience\n8+ years of experience in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure administration and engineering.\nStrong hands-on experience with Windows Server environments.\nProven experience managing Microsoft Active Directory.\n4+ years of experience supporting Microsoft Azure infrastructure services.\nExperience with GCP & AWS Cloud platforms is an added benefit\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.\nExperience with enterprise backup, disaster recovery, and infrastructure monitoring solutions.\nTechnical Skills\nWe are looking for candidates with experience in several of the following areas:\nWindows Server administration and engineering\nMicrosoft Active Directory\nMicrosoft Entra ID administration\nMicrosoft PKI Services\nMicrosoft Azure infrastructure and cloud services\nVirtualization technologies (Hyper-V and VMware)\nCore infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, and NPS\nPowerShell scripting and infrastructure automation\nInfrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform\nExposure to configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible\nLinux system administration\nEnterprise monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms\nBackup and disaster recovery solutions\nAzure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services\nStorage technologies and infrastructure management\nTroubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex infrastructure issues\nAdditional Technical Knowledge\nExperience or exposure in the following areas is considered a strong advantage:\nDocker and Kubernetes\nCI/CD platforms such as Jenkins\nBare-metal server administration (iLO, iDRAC, firmware management)\nSecurity and identity management best practices\nProfessional Competencies\nWe are looking for someone who:\nDemonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nHas a curious and proactive mindset focused on reliability, automation, and continuous improvement.\nCommunicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nThrives in a fast-paced, global environment.\nTakes ownership and drives initiatives from concept to implementation.\nWorks collaboratively across regional and international teams.\nMaintains high standards of documentation and operational excellence.\nExcellent writing and communication skills (fluent spoken and written English);
