You will support daily operational activities, troubleshoot complex technical issues, implement infrastructure improvements and deliver strategic transformation projects. The ideal candidate possesses strong Linux administration and automation skills, combined with hands-on experience in Azure, Hyper-V, enterprise storage and backup solutions.\nThis position offers the opportunity to play a key role in Eurofins' ongoing infrastructure modernization initiatives across Europe.\nSPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:\nSupport and maintain enterprise infrastructure platforms across on-premises and cloud environments.\nDesign, implement and improve infrastructure solutions to meet business and operational requirements.\nParticipate in infrastructure transformation, migration and standardization initiatives.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable and scalable IT services.\nEnsure proper documentation, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of infrastructure services.\nREQUIRED SKILLS:\nAn ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Linux Systems Engineering and Enterprise Infrastructure Operations:\nExpert knowledge of Linux operating systems including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) and Ubuntu.\nStrong experience with Linux system administration including package management, systemd, kernel tuning, performance optimization and troubleshooting.\nExperience with Linux security hardening, SELinux, AppArmor, PAM, SSH, auditd and CIS benchmark implementation.\nAdvanced troubleshooting skills using system logs, journald, rsyslog, tcpdump, strace, lsof, netstat/ss and performance analysis tools.\nStrong understanding of Linux networking concepts, including routing, DNS, firewalling, VLANs and TCP/IP.\nExperience with Bash & Powershell scripting and automation of operational tasks.\nExperience managing and supporting large-scale production Linux environments.\nStrong understanding of Linux filesystem and storage concepts including LVM, multipathing, NFS and SMB.\nExperience performing OS upgrades, patching, lifecycle management and system recovery activities.\nAbility to diagnose and resolve complex operating system, performance and infrastructure-related issues.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a multinational environment.\nBelow skills will be an advantage:\nExperience with Microsoft Azure administration, including Azure CLI, Azure Automation, Azure Virtual Machines, Networking, Storage Accounts, Private Endpoints, Key Vault and Desired State Configuration (DSC).\nExperience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform & familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), including troubleshooting and maintenance.\nExperience with Docker container technologies.\nExperience with Hyper-V administration and virtual server deployment and management in Azure and Hyper-V environments.\nExperience with physical server infrastructure design, deployment and maintenance.\nExperience with Windows Server roles including IIS, File and Storage Services, DNS, DHCP, Hyper-V, Remote Desktop Services, Network Policy and Access Services, Volume Activation Services and Print and Document Services.\nExperience with
