incidents within agreed SLAs.\nLog, track, and manage tickets using IT Service Management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Helix).\nPerform initial root cause analysis and escalate complex issues to appropriate teams.\nCollaborate with IT Operations, Development, and other stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.\nDevelop, write, and debug scripts to automate workflows and enhance system functionality.\nMaintain accurate documentation of issues, solutions, and standard procedures.\nEnsure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection requirements.\nSupport 2 years of experience in IT support, application support, or helpdesk roles.\nBasic understanding of Windows Server environments and networking fundamentals.\nExperience writing and troubleshooting SQL queries (MS SQL Server / T-SQL).\nFamiliarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar).\nKnowledge of ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change Management).\nBasic exposure to IIS-hosted applications.\nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nGood communication skills in an international environment.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities.\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n Nice to Have\nExposure to .NET technologies (ASP.NET / C#).\nExperience with REST APIs, message queues, or distributed systems.\nKnowledge of VBScript or scripting for automation.\nUnderstanding of SDLC and Product Lifecycle methodologies.\nFamiliarity with testing frameworks (e.g., NUnit, Jasmine, Karma, MS Test).\nExperience working with European stakeholders/customers.\nExperience with tools like TFS / Azure DevOps.\nTechnical Competencies\nStrong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities.\nUnderstanding of synchronous and asynchronous communication.\nAbility to analyze logs, system behavior, and performance issues.\nBasic knowledge of enterprise application
