The Lab Coordinator serves as a key liaison between clients, laboratory personnel, and support teams, ensuring projects stay on schedule, documentation remains accurate, and client expectations are met. This position is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and supporting the successful execution of laboratory operations in a fast-paced environment.\nJob Duties include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate laboratory studies and testing activities from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and client expectations are met.\nReview quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, and client instructions to establish study requirements and ensure accurate execution.\nCreate and maintain study records, schedules, and project documentation within LIMS, CRM, and other designated systems.\nVerify samples, materials, methods, specifications, and laboratory resources are available and prepared prior to study initiation.\nServe as a primary point of contact for clients by providing routine updates, facilitating communication, and ensuring timely resolution of questions and concerns.\nCoordinate activities between laboratory operations, quality assurance, sample management, stability, business development, finance, and other supporting teams.\nMonitor study progress, turnaround times, milestones, and deliverables while identifying and communicating potential delays or risks.\nAssist with scope tracking, change requests, and purchase order management to ensure work is aligned with client expectations and approved agreements.\nSupport invoicing activities and help resolve billing discrepancies as needed.\nMaintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready documentation in accordance with company procedures and quality standards.\nTroubleshoot routine operational issues and escalate concerns appropriately to ensure efficient study execution.\nProvide cross-functional support and coverage for team members as needed.\n Minimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a laboratory, scientific operations, sample management, client services, project coordination, or related environment.\nAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience working in a regulated laboratory environment, including pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, environmental, food, or contract testing laboratories.\nExperience coordinating laboratory workflows, testing schedules, studies, or client projects.\nFamiliarity with LIMS, eLIMS, ETQ, CRM systems, or other laboratory data management platforms.\nStrong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and documentation accuracy.\nExperience interacting directly with clients and cross-functional scientific teams.\n Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
