The Payroll Specialist will work as part of the Payroll team and will be primarily responsible for maintaining and processing all aspects of the weekly and biweekly payroll for all US employees. In addition, this position will serve as a key resource in other payroll related areas, customer service, garnishment processing, and ad hoc reporting. All will be accomplished while utilizing the current Oracle HCM Cloud system as well as some ADP products.\nPayroll Specialist Duties Include but are not Limited to the Following:\nPerform all aspects of the “full” weekly/bi-weekly payroll process, including but not limited to garnishment processing, off-cycle payment processing, weekly variance reconciliation and time, labor & absence review.\nResearch, troubleshoot, and resolve payroll issues, employee pay inquiries and payroll policy questions for internal stakeholders and external agencies. \nUtilize Oracle HCM Cloud to complete payroll tasks\nPerform duties related to year-end reporting via Oracle and ADP. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to reconciliation reviews, customer service, W-2 & W-2C processing.\nAssist with the planning and integration of new companies\nMake recommendations on new or improved systems and processes\nPerform any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the payroll group\nConducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner\nPerforms other duties as assigned\nRegular attendance and punctuality\nApplies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate\nDemonstrates and promotes the company vision\n Basic Minimum Education Requirements:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent;\nBasic Minimum Qualifications:\nMinimum 3-5 years of payroll administration experience\nExperience with Multi-State Payrolls\nExperience with any Payroll System and Accounting programs are preferred\nAdvance Excel skills required\nProficiency in computer operations. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office Suite to include spreadsheet development and data analysis functionalities.
