Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES:
Eurofins is seeking to hire a Test Automation Consultant to join our team. Someone who is experienced and passionate about test automation, and who understands what quality means for a team, organization, and customer. The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills in addition to critical thinking and problem-solving skills. You should love to learn and keep pace with new tools and technologies.
POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
They will:
- Work closely with other teams, analyse testing processes, and propose improvements.
- Train Test Engineers and help to spread good practises across the organisation.
- Be responsible for setting up Test Automation framework for multiple solution deliveries.
- Apply quality engineering principles throughout Agile product lifecycle.
- Clearly and effectively communicate with different stakeholders.
- Produce testing documentation (plans, strategies).
- Participate in Quality Guild workshops and training sessions to spread the word about Test Automation Best Practices.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (to be specified for each position)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similarly related field.
- Proficiency in English is a must
- 5+ years of professional Test Automation Engineer experience.
- Comfortable working in a fast paced and challenging environment.
- Strong problem-solving ability. BDD & ATDD experience.
- Experience testing Web Services: RESTFul, SOAP.
- Experience with JavaScript, C#, TypeScript.
- Familiar with GIT, Selenium Web Driver, SoapUI, Postman, Playwright, Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or similarly related field.
