Eurofins companies offer a portfolio of over 200,000 analytical methods to evaluate the safety, identity, composition, authenticity, origin, traceability and purity of biological substances and products.\n Job Duties include but not limited to:\nReview quotations, purchase orders, protocols, methods, specifications, client instructions, and related records to establish documented requirements.\nCreate and maintain accurate study designs and project records in Eurofins LIMS, the Eurofins client relationship management application, and other designated systems.\nConfirm methods, protocols, samples, reference materials, specifications, contacts, and other prerequisites are available or actively tracked before initiation.\nServe as the routine client contact; lead status meetings; document decisions, owners, and target dates; and provide timely updates.\nCoordinate work across Operations, Quality Assurance, Analytical Test Designers, Stability and Sample Administration, Finance, Quoting, Business Development, and supporting functions.\nMonitor timelines, milestones, deliverables, and open actions; identify foreseeable risks and communicate recovery needs before commitments are missed when practicable.\nCompare requested work with approved scope; identify scope changes; initiate change-order or commercial review; and monitor purchase-order coverage.\nReview assigned invoices and billing milestones and support resolution of discrepancies.\nResolve routine issues using established processes and escalate significant risks with the issue, impact, actions taken, owner, and decision or support requested.\nMaintain professional, complete, traceable, current project documentation and backup coverage.\nSupport Associate PM learning and peer coverage when assigned.\n Basic Minimum Qualification:\nBachelor's degree in relevant field such as chemistry, biochemistry, biology, chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences or other directly related field or degree with comparable coursework in the above areas\nMinimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience\nAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship\nPreferred Qualifications\nWillingness to learn eLlMS, EtQ and Microsoft Office application is required.\nAbility to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis. Ability to apply concepts such as percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical solutions. Ability to analyze complex data sets as part of root cause analysis and statistical modeling/trending.\nExperience with tools and methods for project management. Project management or facilitation experience.\n Position is Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m., with overtime as needed.
