Passion for code quality to write well-factored, optimized, unit tested, reliable code.\nKnowledge about performance management to prevent performance issue in C# or SQL.\nExcellent debugging skills to troubleshoot issues reported from production environment.\nPreferred Skills (but not mandatory):\n1. 2 years of hands-on WPF development experience and/or equivalent proficiency\n2. Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, preferably in a scaled agile environment.\n3. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) or Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD); familiarity with tools such as FitNesse or Postman is a plus\n4.
