Responsible for managing and supervising a team of typists to ensure accurate, timely, and high-quality preparation of laboratory reports, mainly for Chemistry and Softline departments. Plan and assign work to ensure reports are completed on time.

Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý và giám sát một nhóm nhân viên đánh máy để đảm bảo việc lập báo cáo thí nghiệm chính xác, kịp thời và chất lượng cao, chủ yếu cho các bộ phận Hóa học và May mặc. Lập kế hoạch và phân công công việc để đảm bảo báo cáo được hoàn thành đúng thời hạn.

• Follow up the list of due date report with CS team/ Theo dõi danh sách báo cáo đến hạn phải trả cho khách hàng với các phòng ban liên quan.
• Assign work to team members and manage deadlines. Phân công công việc cho các thành viên trong nhóm và quản lý thời hạn.
• Oversee the typing and formatting of reports from raw data, and ELims system. Giám sát việc đánh máy và định dạng các báo cáo từ dữ liệu thô, và của hệ thống Elim.
• Support complex or urgent report typing when required. Hỗ trợ soạn thảo các báo cáo phức tạp hoặc khẩn cấp khi cần thiết.
• Supervise, train, and mentor a team of typists to maintain productivity and quality standards. Giám sát, đào tạo và hướng dẫn một nhóm nhân viên đánh máy để duy trì năng suất và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
• Work with lab staff (SL/ AN) to confirm report details; Coordinate with QA and customer service teams regarding report corrections or client requests. Phối hợp với nhân viên phòng thí nghiệm (SL/ AN) để xác nhận chi tiết báo cáo; Phối hợp với nhóm QA và dịch vụ khách hàng về việc sửa lỗi báo cáo hoặc yêu cầu của khách hàng.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in typing, transcription, or report preparation./ Tối thiểu 3-5 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực đánh máy, phiên âm hoặc soạn thảo báo cáo.

Experience in testing laboratories, inspection companies, or technical reporting. / Kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các phòng thí nghiệm kiểm định, công ty kiểm tra hoặc lập báo cáo kỹ thuật.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Ít nhất tốt nghiệp cao đẳng hoặc tương đương At least graduated from college or equivalenty

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): English (Reading)/ Tiếng anh (Đọc)

• MS Office/ Vi tính văn phòng: Proficiency/ Thành thạo
• Communication skill/ Kỹ năng giao tiếp
