This position works collaboratively with internal teams to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with company standards while contributing to effective workflows and business objectives. The role will involve CDL driving an estimated 75% of the time and working in a warehouse setting and estimated 25% of the time.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nSupervise CDL drivers and daily transportation activities (estimated 1-3 direct reports), and drive a company vehicle (CDL license required for this vehicle).\nEnsure compliance with DOT and safety regulations\nMonitor driver schedules, routes, and performance\nCoordinate vehicle inspections, maintenance, and repairs\nMaintain transportation and compliance records\nSupport driver onboarding and training\nAddress transportation issues and delays\nCoordinate logistics with operations teams\nPromote safe driving practices\nSupport continuous improvement in transportation processes\nPerform all other duties as assigned\nPosition will be M-F, 7am-3:30pm.\n Basic Minimum Qualifications\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent\nValid and up-to-date CDL License\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently \nProfessional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.\nAuthorization to work in the United States without restriction or Sponsorship\n Ideal Candidates will have:\nPrevious CDL driving experience, 3+ years preferred\nStrong attention to detail\nEffective written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities\nProblem-solving and critical thinking skills\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively\nKnowledge of DOT and environmental regulations \n As a Eurofins employee, you will become part of a company that has received national recognition as a great place to work.
