We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering solutions directly, rather than managing teams.\nWhat You Will Do\nDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and analytical data models.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes and data integration pipelines using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Azure Synapse Pipelines, and Microsoft Fabric.\nDesign and implement data transformation and integration solutions across multiple data sources and systems.\nBuild and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and database objects using T-SQL.\nDevelop and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and reports, including advanced DAX calculations.\nWork with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), including tabular and multidimensional models where applicable.\nImplement and maintain CI/CD processes, version control, and automated deployments using Azure DevOps.\nOptimize data processing, query performance, reporting efficiency, and overall solution scalability.\nSupport data quality, consistency, governance, and reliability across data platforms.\nCollaborate directly with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to translate requirements into working technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot complex data integration, performance, and reporting issues.\nWhat we are looking for\n5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or related areas.\nStrong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server and advanced T-SQL development.\nExperience in designing and implementing Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and dimensional data models.\nExperience with ETL/ELT development, particularly SSIS and/or Azure Synapse Pipelines.\nPractical experience with Azure Synapse Analytics, including pipeline orchestration, data transformation, and integration.\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric and its data engineering and analytics capabilities.\nStrong Power BI development skills, including semantic modeling, DAX, Power Query, and report optimization.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes.\nSolid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star schemas, fact and dimension tables, and data warehouse architecture.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and performance-tuning skills.\nAbility to independently develop and deliver production-ready technical solutions.\nAdditional Experience We Value\nExperience with Microsoft Fabric Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake.\nPractical experience with AI technologies, including Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot.\nExperience using Visual Studio Code (VS Code) for development, debugging, and integration with Git and Azure DevOps.\nExperience with Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.\nUnderstanding of data governance, security, and access management.\nExperience with financial, insurance, or other data-intensive enterprise environments.\nRelevant Microsoft certifications in Azure Data Engineering, Fabric, Power BI, or AI-related technologies.\nBeyond technical expertise, we are looking for someone who:\nIs genuinely hands-on and enjoys writing SQL, building pipelines, developing data models, and creating BI solutions.\nTakes ownership of technical deliverables from design through production.\nCan work independently while collaborating effectively with other technical and business stakeholders.\nHas a problem-solving mindset and pays attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability.\nIs comfortable working with both established Microsoft BI technologies and newer cloud-based data platforms.\nValues technical excellence and continuous learning.\nWhat We Offer\nYou will join an environment where innovation is encouraged, collaboration is part of everyday life and technology plays a meaningful role in how we evolve our business.\nYou will have the opportunity to:\nTo work on complex, enterprise-scale data and analytics solutions.\nGain exposure to modern Microsoft data technologies, including Azure Synapse, Microsoft Fabric, and Power BI.\nTake end-to-end ownership of technically challenging solutions.\nWork in a collaborative environment that values engineering expertise, continuous learning and practical problem-solving.\nYou will be supported with a competitive rewards package including:\nPrivate medical insurance.\nPension plan participation.\nA performance-based bonus scheme.\nHybrid working arrangements.\nWellbeing initiatives.\nAccess to training and development opportunities.\nEqual Opportunity Statement\nWe are committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful and fair recruitment process.
