You'll be the go-to expert for production network operations and infrastructure projects, from strategy and deployment through troubleshooting and optimization. You'll work on mission-critical payment systems where your work directly affects reliability, security, and customer trust.\nWhat You'll Do\nTroubleshoot complex LAN, WAN, and VPN connectivity issues\nMaintain secure, high-availability payment processing and corporate infrastructure\nServe as subject matter expert and provisioning engineer on key projects\nAnalyze client networks and document physical and logical network diagrams\nBuild and improve network policies, procedures, and security standards\nProvision and install hardware and software across end-user, corporate, and processing environments\nTake part in on-call rotation and emergency response\nRequirements\n5-10 years of network engineering experience, or a Bachelor's degree plus relevant experience\nSonicWall and/or Fortinet firewall administration\nStrong VPN design and configuration, both site-to-site and client-to-site\nCisco/Dell switch and router configuration, plus solid IP subnetting skills\nActive Directory, Windows Server (2012+), DNS, DHCP, and GPO\nVMware/ESXi administration (snapshots, storage, vSAN)\nPCI environment and audit experience, vulnerability scanning, and patching\nMicrosoft Defender, endpoint security, and O365 administration\nPreferred Quaifications\nNetwork or infrastructure certifications\nAWS or Azure experience\nVendor management and software licensing
