Borsa Italiana- Client Services and Support Analyst

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for an Operational Client Service to join the Client Services Operations team. The position will be based in Milan, and start as soon as possible. You will report to Silvia.

Gross Annual Salary starting from: 36.500 euro

CCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 Year

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Acting as the central point of contact for an allocated group of clients on operational matters, ensuring efficient incident management and timely escalation of issues
• Providing ongoing client support, following up on all questions or issues until resolution, and keeping clients regularly informed, especially when in-depth analysis is required
• Ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements and strengthening the quality framework to meet both quantitative and qualitative objectives
• Driving continuous improvement of processes and practices, identifying opportunities that provide long-term value and minimise operational risks
• Contributing to operational enhancement projects, reviewing specifications and terms of reference for new products and initiatives, supporting clients in developments and tests, and executing conformance tests with clients

Your profile:

• Strong financial background and good understanding of the various activities of Euronext’s direct and indirect client base
• Prior experience in client services or a similar operational support role
• High standards of service delivery and ability to build strong client relationships
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills
• Experience with project management and ability to monitor progress
• Excellent verbal communication skills, both internally and externally
• Fluency in English and Italian is required
