Borsa Italiana- Technical Account Management

Are you ready to shape the future of capital markets? We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join the Client Services & Membership team. The position will be based in Milan, Italy, and start October 2026. You will report to the Head of Technical Account Management.

Gross Annual Salary starting from 36.000 euro

CCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 Year

You will primarily be responsible for:

• Providing specialist business support and consultancy to Euronext customers, ensuring high satisfaction and adopting a client-focused approach
• Managing client relationships, communications and external documentation, acting as a point of reference for operational and technology topics
• Executing trainings, demos and webinars to present Euronext products, services and projects to customers, and ensuring client readiness for new or updated services
• Collaborating with other divisions and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of assigned tasks
• Participating in change projects impacting clients, ensuring activities are controlled and completed on time with a high level of quality
• Collecting and elaborating client feedback, supporting the analysis and implementation of new customer and business requirements

Your profile:

• Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance or Business Administration
• Interest in information technology and the financial sector
• Fluency in both spoken and written English
• Strong organisational and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Excellent team working attitude
• Very good communication skills
• Entrepreneurial attitude, strong motivation and enthusiasm
• Customer and result oriented mindset
• Creativity and flexibility to travel
• One to three years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role is preferred

The Client Services & Membership team oversees customer relationship management, support and membership processes within Euronext’s COO division. The Technical Account Management team provides specialist business support and consultancy to customers, leads change projects impacting clients, manages communications and documentation, and acts as a reference point for operational and technology topics.

The team organises webinars and client events to present Euronext products and services, ensuring client readiness and satisfaction.
