Commcise is a company of Euronext, the leading pan-European exchange in the Eurozone.\nWe are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to own how AI creates value across the Commcise product suite. This is the person who decides what we build with AI and why - identifying the highest-value opportunities, shaping them into a clear roadmap, and driving them to delivery through our engineering teams. You will be the driving force behind AI adoption, both in our products and in the way we build and test them.\nThis is a product role, not a research or model-training role, and we are not looking for a data scientist. We want a commercially-minded product leader who understands what today's AI can and cannot do, can frame the right problems, and can present, influence and win support with sound arguments across technical and business audiences.\nA specific priority for this role is testing. Testing is currently a significant drag on our delivery, and we want someone who will actively pursue AI-driven approaches to QA and test automation to improve our velocity and quality.\nThe role spans two areas:\n1. AI in the product\nOwn the AI product strategy and roadmap for Commcise: identify where AI - LLMs, existing models and third-party services - can deliver real client value, and prioritise ruthlessly.\nTranslate opportunities into clear requirements, user stories and success metrics that engineering can deliver against.\nValidate ideas with clients and stakeholders, then measure adoption and impact once shipped.\n2. AI adoption in how we build and test\nChampion AI-assisted ways of working across product and engineering to improve speed and quality.\nDrive AI-led improvements to testing and QA - a current pain point - to reduce the testing drag on delivery.\nSet the direction and build the case for change, spreading good practice through influence and evidence rather than mandate.\nKey Accountabilities\nOwn the AI product vision, strategy and roadmap for the Commcise suite, aligned to commercial and client priorities.\nIdentify and prioritise high-value AI opportunities; decide what gets built, and just as importantly, what does not.\nDefine clear requirements, success metrics and acceptance criteria, and work through engineering teams to deliver them.\nChampion AI adoption in how we build and test software, with an explicit focus on relieving the current testing bottleneck.\nEngage clients and internal stakeholders to validate direction, then track adoption and business impact post-launch.\nPresent and communicate persuasively to technical and non-technical audiences, building consensus through evidence and argument.\nStay current with the fast-moving AI landscape and bring pragmatic, high-impact opportunities into the business.\nBalance ambition with feasibility, working closely with engineering on trade-offs around cost, risk, effort and value.\nKnowledge, Skills and Experience Required\nEssential\nApproximately 5-8 years in product management, technical product ownership or a closely related role, with a track record of shipping successful products.\nDemonstrable experience defining and delivering AI-powered product features - you understand what modern AI (LLMs, RAG, existing model APIs) can realistically do.\nStrong product instincts: opportunity identification, prioritisation, requirement definition and outcome measurement.\nSufficient technical fluency to work credibly with engineers, challenge trade-offs and make sound decisions - without needing to be the one writing the code.\nExcellent communication and presentation skills - able to influence, persuade and build consensus with arguments.\nA genuine commitment to driving AI adoption across both product and delivery.\nDesirable\nExperience applying AI to software testing and QA - test generation, coverage and automation - to improve delivery speed and quality.\nHands-on familiarity with AI-assisted development and product tooling.\nExperience delivering data or AI-powered products to clients via APIs.\nUnderstanding of evaluation and quality measures for AI/LLM features.\nExposure to the financial services or asset management domain.\nEducation\nBachelor's or Master's degree in a technical, business or related field - or equivalent practical experience.\nProfile\nComfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.\nDecisive, commercially-minded and outcome-focused.\nStrong collaboration skills; leads through influence across product, engineering and business teams.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.\nEuronext Values\nUnity\nWe respect and value the people we work with\nWe are unified through a common purpose\nWe embrace diversity and strive for inclusion\nIntegrity\nWe value transparency, communicate honestly and share information openly\nWe act with integrity in everything we do\nWe don’t hide our mistakes, and we learn from them\nAgility\nWe act with a sense of urgency and decisiveness\nWe are adaptable, responsive and embrace change\nWe take smart risks\nEnergy\nWe are positively driven to make a difference and challenge the status quo\nWe focus on and encourage personal leadership\nWe motivate each other with our ambition\nAccountability\nWe deliver maximum value to our customers and stakeholders\nWe take ownership and are accountable for the outcome\nWe reward and celebrate performance\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
