We are looking for a Clearing Compliance Analyst (VIE) to join the Clearing team. The position will be based in Rome, and start in January 2027. You will report to the Clearing Chief Compliance Officer, Lucia Fulvi.\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nSupporting the timely review, update and maintenance of Compliance policies, procedures, standards, guidelines and other governance documents\nAssisting the Compliance team in the organisation, coordination and logistical support of the Banca d'Italia inspection team at the CCP premises in Rome during the annual onsite inspection exercise to be held in Italian, including preparation and collection of documentation, scheduling meetings with inspectors and ensuring timely follow-up or escalation on action items\nSupporting the annual risk assessmentsto ensure adherence to EMIR requirements and other applicable CCP regulatory obligations.\nSupporting the efficient update of documents within the Compliance remit on a recurring or upon request basis, ensuring the timely contribution of other teams, if any\nAssisting in the preparation of Compliance reports, dashboards and presentations.\nBuilding excellent working relationships with internal CCP teams, Group Compliance teams and other Group stakeholders\nContributing to the implementation of harmonised compliance approaches across teams and geographies\nProactively identifying opportunities to innovate and improve compliance processes and procedures, supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the team\nYour profile:\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and identify trends or anomalies\nInterest in leveraging technology (i.e. AI) and data analytics to enhance compliance processes.\nStrong organisational and planning skills, with the ability to coordinate meetings, manage documentation and support the team during onsite inspections\nAbility and motivation to innovate and improve processes and procedures, with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset\nKnowledge of the regulatory framework for financial markets, including EMIR, is an advantage\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required; professional working proficiency in Italian is also essential.\nEnergetic, team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field\nIdeally, one to two years of relevant experience in compliance, risk, or regulatory roles (internships included)\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
