You will help teams better understand market activity, customer behaviour and business performance, while contributing to innovative analytics solutions that support growth and operational excellence.\nLeveraging Euronext's extensive market data assets and other internal data sources, you will conduct analysis, develop reporting solutions, and contribute to the delivery of value-added analytics services. You will combine a strong analytical mindset with a client-oriented approach to understand stakeholders' challenges and proactively propose data-driven solutions.\nYou will play an active role in the continuous improvement of our analytics ecosystem by automating processes, enhancing data self-service capabilities and exploring innovative ways to deliver insights through modern technologies, including AI-powered tools.\nThe role also includes responsibilities in key operational processes, notably supporting billing related activities, ensuring accuracy, reliability and appropriate controls in business-critical workflows.\nHow you'll make an impact\nDeliver high-quality statistics, reports, analysis and bespoke studies that support business decisions across Euronext. \nTransform complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for a variety of stakeholders. \nPartner with business teams to understand their challenges and identify opportunities where data can create value. \nDevelop, maintain and improve dashboards, reporting solutions, and self-service analytics tools. \nSupport key business processes, including billing activities, ensuring robust controls and auditability. \nWork with large and diverse datasets, including market and business data, to answer strategic and operational questions. \nExplore and leverage AI-powered and emerging technologies to improve productivity, enhance analytics capabilities and develop innovative services. \nCollaborate closely with fellow analysts to share knowledge, challenge assumptions and continuously raise the team's standards and impact. \nMindset & ways of working\nYou'll thrive in this role if you: \nAre genuinely curious and need understanding how businesses operate before acting. \nApproach problems with an analytical and solution-oriented mindset. \nCombine rigor, attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability. \nDemonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working with a variety of stakeholders. \nAre proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo in a constructive way. \nHave a strong sense of organization and can effectively prioritize competing demands. \nAdapt quickly to changing priorities and remain effective under pressure. \nShow enthusiasm for learning, innovation and the application of new technologies, including AI. \nTechnical skills\nYou have strong hands-on experience with:\nSQL \nPython and Pandas data analytics library, including development environments such as Jupyter Notebooks or Visual Studio \nThe following would be considered an advantage:\nDataiku \nPower BI \nAI tools \nExperience & qualifications\nWe're looking for someone with:\n3 to 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence or a related field. \nProven experience partnering directly with business stakeholders and supporting decision-making through data-driven insights. \nExperience working with financial data, ideally within financial services, capital markets or a comparable data-intensive environment. \nDemonstrated ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. \nExperience designing, developing or maintaining reporting solutions, dashboards and self-service analytics tools. \nExperience working with large and diverse datasets while ensuring high standards of data quality and reliability. \nExcellent written and spoken English.
