You will play a key role in ensuring reliability, security and operational excellence for a live 24/7 service at the heart of digital asset markets.\nThe position will be based in Paris, Porto, Milan or Rome, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the CTO Digital Assets.\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nBuilding and maintaining infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, and enabling zero-downtime deployments for a regulated tokenisation platform.\nDesigning and implementing observability (solutions, including metrics, logs, traces and alerting, and defining service level objectives (SLOs) to ensure platform reliability.\nEstablishing and running the on-call rotation; authoring and maintaining runbooks.\nHardening the security posture of the infrastructure in collaboration with the security lead.\nMaintaining platform stability and availability through periods of rapid change.\nUsing AI-assisted tools for infrastructure-as-code and pipeline authoring, with disciplined human review before deployment.\nApplying AI for anomaly detection, alert triage and incident summarisation and post mortem drafting.\nDeploying, monitoring and operating in-product AI/ML services (including rollback).\nYour profile\nStrong experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g. Terraform), containers/Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.\nProven track record in 24/7 observability and incident-response experience; SLO/error-budget practice.\nExperience building secure, auditable infrastructure for regulated workloads.\nCalm under pressure, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to produce clear, actionable runbooks.\nFamiliarity with AI-assisted engineering practices, including AIOps, incident summarisation and monitoring of AI/ML services.\nExcellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.\nDegree in computer science, engineering or a related field, with at least three years of relevant experience.\nJoin Euronext - Shape capital markets for future generations\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
