We’re seeking a results-driven Equity Listing Analyst to join our Primary Market team in Paris as an Intern, ideally from December 2026 or January 2027. You will report to the Listing Sales Manager.\nPrimary Market & Corporate Services\nWithin PMCS, the Listing Department is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Our mission is to promote financial markets and explain to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to better use financial markets once public either on the equity or debt front. In addition, we are supporting a dynamic through creating and promoting new corporate services and financing instruments, developing the investors’ axis, bringing together the ecosystem and lobbying towards European public authorities.\nWithin the French Equity listing team, you will :\nMonitor daily Equity capital markets activity and provide sharp insights and market trends\nBenchmark recent transactions, valuation metrics, and post-IPO performance\nAssist origination team in preparing client pitches, coverage meetings\nIdentify and qualify potential prospects for IPOs and investors to support origination and deal execution efforts\nProduce focused analyses on key verticals\nMaintain and enhance internal excel databases and analytical models supporting origination and market follow-up\nYour profile :\nFinal or penultimate year student from a university, business or engineering school, with strong academic credentials\nExcellent analytical skills and attention to detail.\nFluent in French and excellent level of English (oral and written)\nPrevious internship/position in Financial Markets (e.g. Equity or Debt Capital Markets) or in Corporate finance\nTeam spirit\nOutside the box thinking\nGood proficiency in financial databases (e.g. Factset, Bloomberg) as well as very strong MS Excel and Powerpoint skills\nApply by submitting a CV in English.\nJoin Euronext - Shape capital markets for future generations\nEuronext is the leading European capital market covering the entire capital markets value chain, from listing, trading, clearing, settlement and custody, to solutions for issuers and investors.
