The position will be based in Milan.\nRAL starting from 35.600 euro + ticket restaurant\nCCNL Credito\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nProcessing and reconciling foreign tax transactions, including withholding tax, tax relief at source and tax reclaims, in line with market rules and internal procedures\nSupporting the preparation and execution of tax reclaims requested by clients, ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are met\nMaintaining up-to-date records of fiscal documentation, filings and correspondence in relevant systems and databases\nMonitoring and processing incoming fiscal documentation, ensuring completeness and compliance with regulatory standards\nLiaising with tax authorities, custodians and internal teams to resolve operational fiscal issues and ensure timely completion of processes\nStaying updated on relevant fiscal regulations and market practices, particularly in France, Italy and the US, to ensure ongoing compliance\nSupporting the daily maintenance and update of fiscal and tax-related data in internal systems\nAssisting in the preparation of reports and reconciliations for fiscal processes and audits\nIdentifying and escalating discrepancies, risks or issues in fiscal processing to management, and contributing to the implementation of corrective actions\nCollaborating with other back office and compliance teams to ensure alignment of fiscal processes with broader operational and regulatory requirements\nContributing to the continuous improvement of fiscal service operations procedures and controls\nYour profile:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, finance or a related field\nTwo to three years of experience in a back office, fiscal operations or similar role within financial services is an advantage\nFluency in English is required; knowledge of other European languages (such as French, Italian or Dutch) is an advantage\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks\nExcellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in processing\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to quickly understand complex operational and regulatory matters\nProactive approach and willingness to learn\nExperience working with international teams is an advantage\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation - and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.
