The position will be based in Porto, and start as soon as possible. You will report to the Head of Group Corporate Programmes and Operations.\nYou will primarily be responsible for:\nLeading Finance process governance, bringing together process, data and system owners to drive end-to-end accountability and alignment\nOwning the Continuous Improvement governance, standards and documentation across Finance, keeping a single, comprehensive and up-to-date view of the Finance operating model\nDriving cross-functional process reviews to identify opportunities to simplify, standardise and optimise Finance operations\nBuilding and managing the Finance improvement roadmap, prioritising initiatives based on business value, impact and resource availability\nFacilitating root-cause analysis and continuous improvement workshops to solve operational challenges and enhance performance\nCoordinating the delivery and adoption of process improvements across Finance, partnering closely with Operations, IT and Data teams\nIdentifying and accelerating automation and AI opportunities to increase efficiency, controls and scalability\nTracking, measuring and reporting benefits, KPIs and portfolio performance, ensuring improvements deliver tangible business value\nYour profile:\nMaster’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Data/Technology or a related field\n6 or more years in Finance Transformation, Process Excellence or Continuous Improvement\nProven experience driving process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled initiatives in complex international environments\nStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional governance experience\nFluent in English, proficiency in another European language is a plus\nFinance processes, ERP systems and project delivery methodologies\nLean, Six Sigma and Agile principles\nStrategic, data-driven and results-oriented mindset\nStrong communication, influencing and change management skills\nJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on innovation and where every innovation starts with a bold mind asking, “What’s next?”.\nAt Euronext, we believe change is a starting point, not an obstacle.
