The Business Analyst ensures that all requirements are clearly defined, accurately communicated, and delivered within agreed deadlines to support scalable, high-quality trading software.\nSummary of Key Responsibilities\nGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders.\nTranslate business needs into precise, actionable specifications for Developers and Quality Assurance Specialists teams.\nCollaborate with Product Owners and Product Development Managers on backlog definition and prioritization.\nEnsure accountability, autonomy, efficiency, and compliance with deadlines in all analysis activities.\nContribute to client success and customer care by delivering accurate, complete, and well-documented requirements.\nSupport testing and validation phases to ensure that delivered features meet business expectations.\nMaintain professionalism, confidentiality, and team spirit in all interactions.\nProvide regular updates and report activities to management.\nDetailed Responsibilities\nRequirements Gathering & Analysis\no Conduct requirement-gathering sessions through workshops, client interviews, and documentation reviews.\no Analyze business processes, trading workflows, and operational needs to identify functional and non-functional requirements.\no Validate feasibility and coherence of requirements with existing product architecture and strategic priorities.\no Ensure clarity, accuracy, and completeness in all requirement documentation.\n Documentation & Functional Specifications\no Translate business needs into structured documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specifications (FS).\no Collaborate with Developers, Quality Assurance Specialists, and Product Owners to ensure mutual understanding and traceability of requirements.\no Maintain version control and proper documentation storage for compliance and auditability.\no Promote consistency and quality in documentation standards across teams.\nCollaboration & Communication\no Work closely with Product Owners, Product Development Managers, and Tech Leaders to align priorities and ensure efficient project execution.\no Act as liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, ensuring effective communication and expectation management.\no Collaborate with Quality Assurance Specialists to define test cases and verify functional coverage.\no Foster accountability, teamwork, and professionalism across all cross-departmental interactions.\no Provide regular updates and report activities to management.\nClient Success, Continuous Improvement & Professional Standards\no Ensure that requirements gathering and delivery directly support client success and customer satisfaction.\no Continuously collect feedback from clients and teams to refine processes and improve efficiency.\no Uphold confidentiality, compliance, and accuracy in all business interactions.\no Contribute to continuous learning, process improvement, and the evolution of scalable, client-focused trading products.\nProfile & Qualifications\nDegree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\nProven experience in business analysis, preferably within fintech, trading systems, or financial software companies.\nStrong understanding of trading workflows, order and execution management systems (OEMS), and market operations.\nExcellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.\nDemonstrated accountability, autonomy, efficiency, and attention to detail.\nTeam-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and client success.\nCommitment to product quality, compliance with deadlines, and customer care.\nFluency in English and Italian.\nProfessionalism, confidentiality, and a continuous learning attitude.\nWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
