The Internal Audit team supports Euronext in achieving its objectives by providing independent, objective assurance and advisory services to help management evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes.\nYou will be primarily responsible for:\nContributing to the delivery of the internal audit plan for the IT scope, conducting reviews of various IT systems and business processes to ensure compliance with group policies, laws, regulations and international standards of good practice.\nDeveloping and executing IT audit programmes and testing procedures in conjunction with the IT Audit Manager and Chief Audit Executive, following a risk-based approach.\nIdentifying discrepancies and providing recommendations for risk reduction and process improvements.\nPreparing formal audit reports for distribution to management and the Audit Committee.\nContributing to Internal Audit’s recommendation follow-up process and liaising with management on progress in implementing improvement and development items.\nSupporting the annual risk assessment and planning process of IT Internal Audit.\nEnsuring that audit activities follow applicable standards and are documented in line with defined methodologies in the organisation’s internal audit tool.\nContributing to Internal Audit’s reporting and communication activities to relevant stakeholders.\nSupporting continuous improvement efforts within the internal audit team and participating in ad-hoc projects to enhance team capabilities.\nYour profile\nMaster’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, cyber security, information security, information technology or a related field.\nAt least 3 years of relevant experience in IT and/or information security. Preference will be given to candidates with previous external or internal audit experience.\nUnderstanding of IT systems, including networks, databases, operating systems and application controls.\nUnderstanding of IT governance, IT risk and internal control management and assessment processes.\nKnowledge of relevant standards including COBIT, NIST, ITIL and ISO 27001 & 27002.\nFluent in English (spoken and written).\nAutonomous, rigorous and possesses excellent analytical skills.\nAccountable, proactive with a high level of integrity.\nCollaborative, open and pragmatic.\nStrong communication skills both verbally and in writing, including interviewing skills.\nStrong prioritisation skills and the ability to multi-task on various projects and initiatives.\nPreferred:\nExperience with a Big Four firm is a plus.\nUnderstanding of cyber security frameworks is a plus.\nCISA, CISSP or related certification.\nWorking with us means…\nYou will join a collaborative and dynamic team, where your professional development is supported through relevant certifications and training.
