Working in an advanced technological environment, you will collaborate with international teams to modernise our post-trade platform and deliver a single, integrated hub serving multiple Central Securities Depositories (CSDs).\nReporting to the Head of IT PM, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic IT projects, collaborating closely with business and technology teams across Italy, Portugal, Denmark, and Norway to ensure successful delivery and alignment across Euronext Securities.\nWhy Join This Role\nContribute to the transformation of European financial market infrastructure.\nWork on large-scale, business-critical initiatives in a highly regulated environment.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Europe.\nBe part of an organisation where innovation and AI are key enablers of productivity and delivery excellence.\nWhat You Bring\nAt least ten years of IT project management experience in financial services, preferably within post-trade, securities, or capital markets.\nStrong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex organisational environments.\nFamiliarity with CSD operations, settlement infrastructure, or post-trade regulation (CSDR, T2S) is a strong advantage.\nExcellent written and spoken English; additional European languages are an asset.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport project activities from the earliest stages, coordinating pre-assessments, including high-level requirements gathering, impact analysis, solution design, planning, and effort estimation.\nAnalyse and prioritise initiatives and change requests in line with programme and portfolio objectives.\nCoordinate project scope, detailed planning, solution design, and effort estimation throughout the execution phase.\nManage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues, scope, and change requests while providing regular project status reporting.\nCollaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the overall portfolio of initiatives.\nSupport the successful transition of projects into Business-as-Usual (BAU).\nRequired Skills\nExperience delivering IT projects in complex environments.\nExcellent written communication skills, with the ability to document complex assumptions, risks, and commitments.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary and cross-company teams.\nStrong critical thinking skills, including analysing, synthesising, and evaluating information.\nFlexibility to work in fast-paced environments with changing priorities, combined with strong negotiation skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience delivering projects within the financial services or banking sector.\nExperience as a functional or technical analyst.\nFluency in written and spoken English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, and other project management tools.\nCertification in Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master, Scrum Product Owner, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).\nAcademic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.\nApply by submitting a CV in English.\nAbout Euronext Securities\nEuronext Securities is the Central Securities Depository (CSD) network connecting European economies to global capital markets.
