Euronext is seeking a dynamic candidate to join our Finance department as an International Graduate (VIE).\nTo support its expansion, Euronext is looking for an Outsourcing analyst VIE to join the team from January 2027, for an initial period of 12 months, in Porto (Portugal). You will report to the Outsourcing Manager.\nThis is a unique opportunity to support the Outsourcing manager implementing IT outsourced services monitoring on Euronext third parties’ contracts. The scope covers all regulated entities among Euronext Group.\nYou will be primarily responsible for:\nActively contribute to the data collection, analysis and reporting required by the internal policies\nWork with the different business’ and functions’ teams to enforce internal policies, execute associated processes and maintain and record the relevant documentation\nAssist the Outsourcing manager to adapt the framework to regulatory evolutions, ensuring updated processes and auditable tracking.\nPrepare regular internal reporting\nMaintain accurate and auditable database feed from different source systems\nMaintain technology solution to manage the dataset collection.\nYour Profile:\nYoung professional with proven experience in IT related projects, coordination and process\nBackground in IT, audit, reporting and financial markets\nStrong analytical and reporting skills\nTenacious self-starter with a keen sense of accountability, ownership, commitment to work and passion for delivering results and improvements\nStrong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate in a multicultural, diverse and complex environment\nVery good level of English (oral and written) \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint\nKnowledge on SharePoint and PowerBI\nAttitude for project management \nWorking with us means:\nAn agile, innovative and dynamic company where you can make an impact \nA professional experience designed for young graduates with exciting potential for international mobility and development opportunities \nApply by submitting a CV in English.
